The Urgent Case for Action
In one of my last articles I shared with you a simple process to help facilitate positive change. If you have not read my last post, please read it here.
A quick recap: The first step in the process is to accept the reality of your current situation. The second step is to create an Urgent Case For Action. The third step is to clearly identify the habits you are going to change and then the fourth step is to create accountability for your success. Several of my readers asked me to elaborate on the second point of creating an Urgent Case For Action (UCFA).
First of all, the UCFA is a powerful statement that clearly explains why you need to change certain habits RIGHT NOW. Often times we want to change a habit, but we don’t take the time to identify why we want it to change.
