Business Strategy: Don't Skip This Step

Updated: Oct 7, 2021

Here in Colorado the we see the possibility for some businesses opening up towards the end of the month and early May.

Of course, many business owners are focused on putting everything in place in order to re-open.

Undoubtedly, there are an incredible amount of logistics that will need to figure out how to keep employees safe, how to keep customers safe, and at what capacity you to run the business.

But before we get caught up in the rush of all of that we at Denver Business Coach believe that it is critically important to no take a step back. A business owner cannot afford not to do an in-depth analysis of their business. What we mean by that is to take the time to complete a thorough SWOT analysis and have discussions about the future. Things have changed. As a business owner you have to get specific.

Questions like, “What do we know we need to be working on strategically for the business going forward?” “How have our goals for 2020 changed?” Which priorities are still priorities and which ones need to be put on the backburner? Unless a business owner answers those questions for their business there will be a tension and a lack of clarity that can be detrimental in the forward movement of the company.

We work with business owners locally, in Denver Colorado, as well as nationally and internationally, and are able to bring a lot of experience and perspective to your company. If you are interested in finding out more about working with a business coach, don’t hesitate to reach out.
